The aim of the exercises which you can find under “Interacitve learning” is to give individual learners the possibility to train the course content online. No group is needed, you can go through the exercises on your own and in your own pace.
The exercises under “Training material” are developed for the use in groups. They are compiled for trainers in adult education, who can use the material to plan their own trainings. For each exercise, you find the learning objectives and information on material and time needed, as well as the ideal group size, instructions for trainers and debriefing and evaluation. Sometimes further tips for trainers are given.
